I'm still looking for some cool entrance songs. I'd love something with a message, meanwhile it pumps me up. It's very hard to find.

I mainly listen to heavy rock like Kyuss, Neurosis, which is too slow to get me pumped up so usually when skipping I just blast a load of Prodigy

Firestarter is a good one :davil2:

I don't think I could seriously train to "Karate Kid" but thanks for making me laugh, I had an 80's flashback!
For what it's worth I have found Hatebreed's Doomslayer to work for any kind of training you do. It's like sonic steroids.
Slipknot, Amon Amarth also work well too.

Always been a advocate of hip-hop/rock mix that was popular about 3-5 years ago for bag work, hard running, and mitts.

Alot of

NERD
Linkin Park/Jay-Z mixes
Ludacris
Jedi Mind Tricks

Also, on a side note, I've noticed that I like music when I'm doing something that has my heart rate about the same speed as the song.

When running fast for intervals, I really like faster paced music (around 170 beats per minute)

But while jogging, I like little slower and relaxed (around 130bpm)

Has anyone else noticed this?
