I saw dimitri salita using one while training. he was jumping up and down as if he was jumping rope on the trampoline (is that how you spell it). how is that helpful for fighters?
I tried to get on it with my ankle weights and I got of after 4minutes and literally could not feel my legs.

that **** is no joke. as a kid when you get into the moon bounce things and you just jump for days and its all fun but really its a ****en hard ass cardio work out. i got in one of those during a party couple of months back and i got tired as **** jumping around for a few minutes. you use a lot of core and your legs to stay bouncing upright which will tire you out like crazy.

It did wonders for Salita too, just watch his recent fight vs Amir Khan.
