So my schedule is

Monday, Wednesday, Friday, come in stretch, 3 rounds jump rope strait through. 3 rounds jumping jacks strait through then shadow box with 2lb weights 3 rounds with 30 second breaks then 6 rounds of bag work then mitts for a couple rounds then spar anywhere from 4-10 rounds whatever theyll let me then 200 sit ups different kinds then do sprints

Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday same but no sparring

Sunday, day off

Im often at the gym for 4 hours and i run 5 miles 3 days a week i used to do it everyday but my coach thought it wore me out.

I love boxing and its all i want to do.

Im just wondering how much everyone else does and how you think i could help my workout?????

seems pretty good dude,
do you do hill sprints aswell, get them legs working :)
or jogging with a heavy backpack
add pull ups and push ups to :)

I have a bridge i run over everyday and i do pushups dips pull ups and situps the situps i do everyday and the other stuff i do everyother day
