Hey, its hard to read..I use to get so mad I could kill them for saying that kind of thing, but finally realized that most of them arent trying to be malicious. I prefer to make fun of the people that act 'challenged' by choice...not them that were unlucky enough to be born that way..they didnt chose it afterall. (for some reason, I thought it was Big Pappy that I quoted on that :confused: ) Anyway, I have my kid taught that she doesnt use that term cause at school the kids call each other that all the time :( My 2nd cousin with the Fragile X is in the Special Olymipcs and it use to bug me when people made fun of the S.O's for that very reason. What comes easy to most of us is a major accomplishment to them. Matthew is always so damn proud when he competes well, and when his family praise him for it the look on his face is a real tear jerker. Those kids break hearts just cause theyre different from ohter kids as in the appreciate things differently and appreciate different things. Other kids take all those things for granted and just dont realize

Only problem, limited lang ang user na puwedeng mag-download sa akin at one time at personal pc ko gagamitin ko so you have to be patient. madami ba sa inyong gumagamit ng kazaa?

I cant wear the disposables...I know it may sound crazy, but they seem too 'thick' (if that makes sense) and I can actually feel them when I have them in. I got to watch the football match between Thailand-Myanmar in the Tiger Cup with some friends over a few rounds of beer, it was a thrilling draw BTW. The conversation naturally shifted to boxing and today's sked (i.e. Vitali-Williams and Pac-Fahsan) we spent more time arguing back-and-forth to Williams chances against Vitali than Fahsan's vs. Pac. Fahsan is a no-name bum and not a killer as Murad paints him to be! He is a killer of 20 or so Filipinos BUT just look at their records at BoxRec...yeah that's right P A T S I E S .

Hey guys, how is it hanging! Just got to surf the web tonight. It's Friday evening here in Chicago -- just chilling and waiting for the Pac-3K fight. Somebody in manny's site is gonna cover a blow-bl-blow account of the fight that will start at 7:30PM MNL time. That's 5:30 AM CST tomorrow. I'm going to get up early so as not to miss the coverage. I don't have any idea if somebody is going to broadcast it over the web which would be super-cool if I'm going to get in.

What's the latest about this fight in Manila now for those guys who are based in P.I.? I heard that the tickets are over-sold and the crowd could number as high as 40,000.

Okey guys, here is the interview by DZBB radio in Manila with Manny Pacquiao after his 4th-round TKO win over Fahsan 3K-Battery of Thailand. I wrote this down and translated in English.
This was from live-feed over the net this morning.

DZBB: Manny, I want to congratulate you on your win tonight against 3K Battery.

Manny: First of all I want to thank God Almighty, my family, the president (Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo), the fans, and all the people who supported me in this fight. I am dedicating my win in honor of our country. All Filipinos won this fight. Let us all raise the Filipino flag to show how happy and honored we are for our victory.

I also want to greet everyone a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

DZBB: Did you struggle in this fight?

Manny: No, I didn’t. I was in great shape and relaxed the whole fight. I have never felt so confident. Our plan was to KO him and that was I wanted to do. During the fight, I was really anxious to use both of my hands especially during the 4th round where I ko’ed him.

DZBB: You used some new weapon in this fight, something that we didn’t see in your previous fights.

Manny: Yes that left uppercut that finished him off was a new weapon. I actually threw some right cross but a few of them missed. I couldn’t floor him with it. I threw combinations of right jobs, right hooks, right crosses, and left uppercuts. I surprised him with my left uppercuts.

DZBB: What can you say about the fourth round?

Manny: I really wanted to knock him with my right hand, especially by the right hooks but I missed him many times. I knew I startled him. I tried to use my right hand more but he was able to defend well. We were throwing punches at the same time and some of my punches landed on his gloves. I don’t want the fight to go to distance so I tried hitting him with my left, and it was the two uppercuts that did the job.

DZBB: I saw that you he hit you with a right hook. Were you hurt?

Manny: Yes he did but I wasn’t hurt. I tried to throw good combinations at him but hit his gloves from his counters instead.

DZBB: I want to thank you for donating some of your hard-earned money to calamity victims and I say that it was generous and good of you to lend a helping hand during a time like this. What motivated you to do that?

Manny: In all my fights, these people always pray for my success, now it’s my time to turn the favor back.

DZBB: You next fight is against Marquez in February, I’m concerned that you might lay low from your training after your win tonight especially that Christmas is coming.

Manny: No, there’s no let up in my training and I will make sure that I will train harder even during the holidays up to February. This is an important fight for me and I will be in excellent condition. I’m coming and they better be prepared.

DZBB: Do you think Fahsan is still a Filipino Destroyer after tonight?

Manny: (Laughing) No I think, it’s over for him. That title doesn’t suit him anymore.

DZBB: Any plans from here on:

Manny: I will fly to LA in January to continue my training for the Marquez fight in February 26.

Pacquiao devastates Thai in 4 rounds

MANNY Pacquiao crushed his ambitious Thai foe with thundering combinations to score a merciless fourth-round knockout that touched off a wild celebration at The Fort in Taguig City Saturday night.
A crowd estimated at 25,000 roared in approval and awe as Fahsan 3K Battery landed hard on his back after taking an ax-like left uppercut to the jaw. It was the Thai's first knockout defeat in 53 fights.

The stoppage was so complete that referee Ferdinand Estrella did not bother to count as Fahsan lay senseless on the canvas while fireworks lit the overcast skies around the fight venue.

Keeping his vow to fight toe-to-toe, Fahsan sneaked in a few stiff right punches, but Pacquiao was far too superior for the visitor, who stayed on the floor for nearly two minutes before being helped back to his corner.

"Pacquiao was just too fast," Fahsan told the Inquirer through his manager, who himself appeared stunned at the quick stoppage.

Pacquiao started out tight and failed to pin down his elusive, bobbing foe in the first round.

But there was no doubting the brutal outcome after Pacquiao floored Fahsan with an overhand left midway in the second round before scoring another knockdown at the end of the third.

Pacquiao then chased Fahsan all over the ring in the fourth, downed him with an uppercut, paused for a while, before going all out and scoring the paralyzing blow for the knockout at one minute 26 seconds of the round.

Pacquiao dedicated the victory to the flood victims in Quezon and now looks forward to his rematch against Juan Manuel Marquez on Feb. 26.

Super flyweight sensation Z Gorres scored an impressive 10-round decision over Fahsan's countryman Chaiyong Distar to confirm his billing as the next Filipino boxing star.

But it was Filipino lightweight champion Ferdinand Montilla who set the tone for the final bout by stopping Rey Almonicar in 47 seconds of the first round to keep his crown.

Contrary to advance reports, President Gloria Macapacal-Arroyo did not grace the star-studded event that drew a host of celebrities and top political figures, including Representative Mikey Arroyo who got roundly booed on the two occasions his presence was announced.

Pacquiao is being packaged for multi-million dollar fights against the world top featherweights, like Erik Morales and Marco Antonio Barrera, next year.

The Fahsan fight was specifically a tune-up match for Pacquiao's scheduled rematch against Juan Manuel Marquez on Feb. 26.

A Pacquiao fall could've caused widespread national despair.

No fighter since the great Flash Elorde has stolen the fancy of his countrymen like Pacquiao, the flamboyant, power-punching former construction worker, now the source of pride and symbol of hope by the poor masses all over the country.

It was the best-attended fight, held on a vast field in the former military camp in Taguig, since Luisito Espinosa successfully defended his world featherweight crown and drew nearly 300,000 fans at the Rizal Park in 1996.

It was only Pacquiao's second fight this year, after he figured in a controversial draw while trying to wrest the IBF/WBA featherweight crowns of the durable Juan Manuel Marquez in Las Vegas last May.

Fahsan helped sell the fight by claiming he knew of a hidden spot, a soft, vulnerable portion of Pacquiao's anatomy which the Thai vowed to rip by coming out fighting.

He said he would go toe-to-toe against Pacquiao right at the first bell.

"If he does that, he would walk straight into a wall, Manny is just too superior," predicted Pacquiao's Puerto Rican cut man, Lenny de Jesus. The famous cornerman also clarified that he started working for Pacquiao only last year against Emmanuel Lucero, and not in the fight against Lehlo Ledwabah in 2001.

The Thai camp had also claimed Pacquiao, who was able to train thoroughly for less than a month, was not at peak form for last night's big fight.

Fahsan Nahrongrit Phirang, son of poor farmers from Ubon Rathani in northern Thailand, adopted the ring name Fahsan 3K Battery with a dream of coming home to a tumultuous welcome in Bangkok, where he said Pacquiao, ranked by Thais as the greatest featherweight fighter in the world today, is regarded as a hero.

Fahsan was to earn 1.7 million pesos for agreeing to fight Pacquiao.

As added reward to his 17-million-peso purse, Pacquiao, who turns 26 on Dec. 17, gets a holiday break, although his trainer, Freddie Roach, gave strict orders for him to report back to the Wild Card Boxing Club in Hollywood first week of January to train for his scheduled rematch against Marquez on Feb. 26.

The Thai dreamer was wild as long shots come in a brutal, unforgiving sport like boxing.

But his chief handler, Jimmy Chachtochuang, said it was unkind to rank his fighter a necessary nuisance.

"Just look [at] what happened to Roy Jones," the Thai manager said, "nobody believed he could ever lose to Antonio Tarver."

He announced Fahsan did not come to Manila just to lose.

He said his fighter, who had never been knocked out in 52 pro fights, worked very, very hard with the goal of scoring a sensational upset equal to what Pacquiao had done when he stopped Marco Antonio Barrera last year in Texas.

Fahsan repeated his vow to win by knockout on the eve of the big bout.

Pacquiao, saying he has added a vicious right punch to his artillery, said he would just do his best for his countrymen, mainly the flood victims for whom he initially donated 200,000 pesos.
