They are both skilled fighters, but I would have to go with Jones on this one. He would outclass Byrd and win by UD.

this fight would be pretty good kinda like when jones fought griffin. both griffin and byrd are slick awkward fighters but roy jones has too much class and skills for byrd, UD for jones
