Good question. Karl was more physical in his younger days.....yet not as atheletic. I think we have yet to see the best of Amare of course. But can he do the great things in the playoffs like the Mailman did.

what's even more interesting is that their career has been boosted by the presence of great pointguards in their team. (stockton - malone / nash - amare)

amare is really more athletic as compared to karl (if we consider the start of their careers) and he was more forceful tot he ring. however, karl was more reliable outside.
