Cory Spinks - son of Leon Spinks.

They already mentioned the spinks both Leon and Cory, i would also put both Guty Espadas Sr and JR. Obviously, there are many father-son combos but few were both champions.

Tracy Harris, the adopted son of Floyd Patterson, deserves a mention.

I'd say Cory Spinks takes it on accomplishments..
