He seems to know what he is talking about. His videos are kind of cool. Interesting setting...Where is the ring out there...lol? I enjoyed the videos. I learned some new stuff from the skipping video. NIce variations

As far as boxing goes, I haven't seen anything in his vids that really sells his books. Not sure about the motivational thing thou.
