I use to take Hydroxycut and just workout and eat well. That **** was the best product ever, I dont care what anyone says. I havent used it in a million years now though because they took the ephedra out of all the fat burners so all of them suck now

Eat Less, Eat Healthy, Cardio. Pretty simple.

Don't **** around with Fat Burners. They work but it's a quick fix, not a permanent solution and they aren't very healthy.

Anything that gets your heart rate up can be considered cardiovascular exercise. If you don't like walking on a treadmill or using a starclimber, you can always find other stuff to do. Try to find something that you enjoy.

I'm sure a kid your age has friends that are active. Play a game of pick-up basketball, touch football, frisbee. Anything that will get your heart rate up and that's fun.

I'd try to do that around 3-4 times a week.

What? 13? IDK you were that young. Hell No I wouldnt have recommended that stuff to you anyways. I was a pretty good athelete and my brother use to workout with alot of Pro Bodybuilders but he knows more about carbs and all that kind of **** than I do. When I was younger, I bought myself a treadmill. I have a treadmill and a workout bike that I use but the treadmill is the best. Other then that I lift weights but a kid your age can get in good shape by just being active, which usually means playing sports. Basketball is what we use to play every day but I was a star on the Football field

Hello Pound.
I think you should try this one which will you help.
1. Commit to consuming 4 - 6 small meals and snacks everyday.
2. To succeed, you must plan ahead by packing your foods the night before. Thus, you should always have fresh and low-fat foods around.
3. Keep it simple. Don't get too caught up on the specifics or your diet. Start by simply just counting calories.
4. Eat your foods slower.
5. Make healthier food selections like fruits, vegetables, whole grain cereals, and beans, low-fat or non fat dairy products, low fat meats, fish and skinless poultry.
6. Avoid foods that are high in fat and calories.
7. Avoid foods that are high in sugars such as pastries, candy bars, pies and candy.
8. Use a variety of fruits and vegetables in your nutrition plan. Start by trying to eat 5 total vegetable and fruit servings every single.

Don't **** around with any fat burning products.

Just eat healthy 90-95% of the time, the occasional treat so you don't go insane (once a week maybe) and do cardio 3-4 times per week.

You box don't you? Well if you train at the club say twice a week which is what you told me I think, then try and do other cardio on 3-4 other days. Eg: a 4km run, a game of basketball, a game of football , game of rugby, tennis, squash, bike ride, touch rugby, swimming, stair running, walking, hiking, skipping rope, prancing through the meadows picking flowers with your mates, the options are endless!!!!

High intensity interval training every other day.

the high intensity burns extra calories for up to 24 hours after exercising by doing this exercise every other day you make the most of rest time and the fat burning time.
