how is it that one achieves a negative number in points?
it seems i have -2466.00 points, ive done nothing to gain or loose points, i play arcade from time to time, does this do anything for my points? the only other thing i do is talk on threads, should i be concerned?

Press User CP and see the names of the people who gave you karma. Somebody probably gave you a bad one. (red=bad, blue=good,black=neutral). I'm giving you enough to bring it back to zero. Can't give you more, don't have that much. :D
