If you take both Creatine and HydroxyCut would it be a benefit. For you to be ripped but bulk up? Or taking the 2 which just cancel each other out and be stupid to take it together?

The main effect that you get from creatine is water retention inside muscle cells. The higher water retention makes your muscles consequently larger(may not necessarily evident though), which allows your muscle fascia to expand more, which makes room for muscles to more easily grow. And I am fairly certain that hydroxycut does not eliminate the bodies water. So, I dont think that they would cancel each other out. But, more research should certainly be done. Ben_London 12-29-2009, 05:08 PM Creatine works but I don't think we fully know what effect it has long term on our bodies. Can't be good for the kidneys. "Shion" 12-30-2009, 12:33 AM Nope. Neither. **** it. Danny Gunz 12-30-2009, 02:07 AM first of all dont take hydroxycut last time i checked they were recalled cause a couple people died from it. second, creatine and hydroxycut cant really coexist, creatine is meant to put on weight and muscle while hydroxy is supposed to lose weight. Spartacus Sully 12-30-2009, 02:19 AM all right so hydroxycut is supposed to help build lean muscle/burn fat and creatine adds water weight to your muscles. Sounds like a good idea to take them both at the same time but both require huge amounts of water and can ruin your kidneys and build up huge amounts of protein in your urine. if your not drinking a min of a gallon and a half of just water a day i wouldn't take either at the same time you will know that your not drinking enough water when your urine starts to come out rust colored after a work out. I've taken Creatine before to bulk up and when I got to the weight I needed to be.Then started on Hydroxycut to trim down. But they overlap for about 2 weeks. What kind of creatine did you take? Because there is 2 different kinds right? alextheassassin 01-07-2010, 04:32 PM First of all, you should have one goal, to either bulk up or to tone, don't try both because it will be counter productive. Hydoxycut is a terrible product from what i've heard. There is a good web site on creatine I would recommend absolute-creatine.com DLT 01-07-2010, 04:35 PM I use to take both and I was a big Hydroxycut freak but Im telling you right now, dont take that ****. Hydroxycut aint **** anymore. None of the fat burners are because the #1 thing that burned the fat was ephedra and they took that out of all the products because idiots were misusing them and dying. Now they make all the fat burners without ephedra and its basically like using nothing. Hydroxycut with Ephedra was the best **** ever though. |
