Long distance running (8 miles in 60 mins)
or
Interval sprints with jogging (4 miles around 30 mins)
I hear so many different claims on which is better for burning "BODY FAT", can someone set me straight please!
thanks!

Intervals and sprints are better to improve your conditioning for boxing since boxing isn't fought at one consistant slow pace for 45 minutes. It's fought in bursts.
Long slow runs are better for burning fat and losing weight, which also has it's benefits for boxing. So if you need to get in shape for a fight, do both. If you're just looking to shed some weight for the health benefits, long distance is fine (with an improved diet of course).
