ive been doing these things on the cable crunch machine. it has this thing you put your chest against and lean forward and on the front of that pad you can grab on with your hands and it makes it alittle easier. so like i figured out the point where i cant do a crunch with out my hands on the bars around 100 so ill do 130 down with my hands and let go and come back up as slow as possible. do that like 15 times.

do you have any similar eccentric ab routines?
