I unusually have one or two days of the week where i don't give a toss about training or diet and eat basically everything my stomach can take.
Will this put me on weight or is it ok if i do this and train for the rest of the week?

it all depends on what your body type /metabolism is and also how extreme you pig out. Eating some fattier foods on occasion is not bad because it gives your metabolism a shock and makes it work harder, but if you do this to much you are almost garanteed to get fatter.

Yeah I agree with Ebaum, but the only bad thign is as you get older your metabolism may go down and not be as high as it once was. Because for instants me I have very high metabolism but now as I'am getting older I know it's gonna drop because I'am already gaining weight and thesame thing like my mom, she had lhigh metabolism before but not it's gone down and she's gotten fattier so watch it man.
