Danny Gunz 12-17-2009, 09:09 PM Timothy Bradley is one of the most cut boxers i have ever seen. It probably has alot to do with his diet. And check out the push ups he does in this video, i have never seen anything like it.

If you'd want to follow any boxer's routine and diet it should be Bradley's. That **** does not look like 140.
Squirrel 12-18-2009, 12:04 PM I'd never be able to hack it, but a 5 day fast followed by strict vegan diet + intense training just sounds so ridiculously healthy.

Thats what i always think he looks like he weighs about 165, and apparently he barely needs to cut weight for his fights.

Sure you can do it as a vegan but most are not gonna have a personal nutritionist so you will proably end up sick and protein depleted. Actually in general I dont like vegans, I wanna knock them out. F**kn hippies. Give this dude an exception tho.

Getting cut like that mainly just means low body fat levels. You dont need a vegan diet for that and in fact most cut boxers eat meat. HannibalTheKing 12-20-2009, 10:12 PM Good idea to eat protein bars/shakes for preotein intake in his case. IMO I believe this vegan diet helps him lose fat and get "cut" and make weight easier is due to the high fiber diet. I mean the way I see it eating fruits and vegetables all day would make you go to the bathroom like crazy due to the high fiber intake it must cleanse his system thoroughly. You've got to find a method to up the protein intake so I'm sure he stocks to protein bars/shakes and or soy products. Well his diet makes sense to me.

Pacmanjay 12-26-2009, 05:04 AM Great video but I dunno what the point is for a 5 day fast. Taht would be very bad for your body IMO and how does he have energy when starts training the 6th day?
