Dance is a powerful song about him dealing with the death of his mother. Which I'm sure a lot of people can relate. It's definitely a song that make you think. I wouldn't rank it number one but that just goes to show the versatility that Nas has and how different songs are people's favorite.

For me, World is yours is Nas's best song, well arguably, but the top 20 for me would basicly be a combination of Illmatic and It Was Written album with Nas is Like and a few others here and there from later albums

Yeah, i didn't put any Illmatic in. WHAT?! That whole album is just another level.

I've listened to almost everything of nas pre god son. Stillmatic was his last full album that I've listened to. I've listened to maybe half of god's son and only a handful of songs that came out after that. So, my opinions here are based on that fact.

By Nas songs I am assuming you mean songs where he is the only rapper. Also, in that case.. I'm still working on my top 9. It may take a while since all songs are SICK. But my this is my list so far...
