Morales is one of my favorite fighers but there is no way he beat Barrera last night, IMO.

I did not see the fight, but from the highlights, MAB got the best of Morales. Where does MAB go from here? I'd say a pacman rematch or the winner of pacman-marquez for a big payday sounds very enticing.

no way Morales won. Good, hard fight, but MAB was much stronger. He landed more punches and was the aggressor.

Damn, can't wait to see this fight! I know they'll replay it next week as the undercard to Joppy-Taylor.

i have new criteria for P4P. We should base them on the # of Fight of the Year Candidates. The most points would go for the winners of FOY, and less points for runner ups for FOY.

So we would have:

T-1 Gatti
T-1 Ward
T-2 Morales
T-2 Barrera

Of course, if Barrera had got penalised for all those low blows it would have made a big difference...

his glove did touch the canvas. anyone know the rule on that? if a fighter goes down without a punch being landed, is it still a knockdown? although, they were swinging at each other when barrera went down. barrera went down cause he was exhausted imo. i think barrera won the fight last night and im not making excuses for morales but MAB's glove did touch the canvas.

Too generous if they gave the fight to Morales. To tlel you guys the truth I thought we'd be witnessing a robbery. I'm glad that didnt happen.

Man I thought the same damn thing especially after the first judges score was a draw then when buffer started to say the other two had the same score then changed what he was saying I was thinking here we go again!

i hardly heard the actual scores. i was paying so close attention to them, i thought they were about to start a riot in the ring. :D
