Can every1 in these forums write down their own tale of the tape, ill start off with mine.

Weight: 138 pounds
Height: 69.7 inches
Ankles(relaxed): 8.6 inches
Calf(relaxed): 13 inches
Thighs(relaxed): 19.7 inches
Waist(relaxed): 29 inches
Chest(relaxed): 36 inches
Neck(Leaning Back): 16.1 inches
Wrist(relaxed): 7 inches
Bicep(flexed): 13 inches
Forearm(relaxed): 11.4 inches

and the parts where i wrote relaxed means not flexing and the leaning back for neck means lean back ur head the most u can to get biggest measurement. these types of measurement is how professionals do theirs. i wrote my tale of tape, ur turn

yo can anyone write both their height and REACH? I don't know if my reach is okay for my 5'8" height. Oh, and it is fom hand to hand with both arms spread out, or just one arm?

Ye, who can bench the most, whoever reads this, can u post a rely with ur max bench meaning 1 rep, and dats bringin the pole down and touching ur chets and pushin it up, not from 5cm away. and write ur weight.

im 138 and i bench press 183 pounds for 1 REP

im 185 and bench 250 but that was after 3 hours of boxing training, i think i can make 270 if i do it before training, ill try soon.

I'm 160, max bench press was 310, i haven't been lifting, i can get 265 now.

Yea, i have a small frame, only 30" waist, but my arms are 15" chest is 42", need to work on my legs, they are pretty small too, upper body is muscular

Thats cool when I was lifting I could lift a good bit because I am smaller...Smaller guys seem to contain more physical strength to push and lift things....Perhaps its because the arms are not as long and it is easier......

Deadlifts/Squats are awesome leg building exercises.

Everybody should atleast be able to bench thier weight. If you can't, you're weak and sad..

I dont lift weights.

neither do i, but we have a maxstrength test every 3 months to check if are proportiones are right, and i advice you to do the same.

Occasionally I will lift a weight or two just to see if my physical strength has increased or decreased and every once in a while testing it out isnt a bad thing....Last time I lifted weights just for a switch up in my routine.

I benched 160/Squatted 210/deadlift 185 without struggle.

Reach: 71(tip of a fist to tip of a fist) I wont say my arms are that long its that i have very broad shoulders.
Bench:I dont know how much i max out but i am doing 160 pounds,12 to 15 reps, 4 or 5 sets
Military Press : 145 pounds, 12-15 times, 3 sets

Hey, guys, I am brand new to the site. I have been checking on a lot of the posts. I found this site when looking for Tyson's training routines.

My Tale of the Tape:
Height: 5'10"
Weight: 220 lbs
Reach: 70.5"


I am a little heavy right now. I have always been a big, muscualr guy. During high school, I weighed 215 lbs and benched 420 lbs. I played football, rans sprints, and worked out boxing.

Now, I haven't lifted for a couple years, and have gotten out of shape. I am starting to work out again, mostly just running and boxing now.

My arms are pretty big, about 17". I have very big, strong front delts that aid big-time in benching.
