Hi guys,

I'm new here and have seen alot of the word NUTHUGGER here on my first day.. I've heard a few peeps talk about Tito nuthugger fans here.. Which other fighters have a nuthugging following here and how do they compare in regards to Tito nuthuggers. More or less severe?

I think the only fighter on this site who doesn't have a nut-hugger following is Reggie Strickland. Other than that, I'm sure we can find a nut-hugger fan for every boxer that has ever laced them up. It's all good though.


by the way, To any Reggie Strickland nut-hugger fans out there, my deepest apologies.

It's a local slang for a fan who spends too much time sucking up to their favorite fighter. It's ok to be a fan, even a big fan, but not to allow your like (or dislike) of a fighter to cloud your reasoning when discussing that fighter.

Anyway, nut-hugging is a bad thing here....apparently :)

Well despite the fact that this thread is totally hopeless Ill try to cover it.

The only real nuthuggers in this forums that I know of are some crazy ppl that started threads that said Pac KO1 Morales. Now that was one person and he hasnt really posted much since the fight so...

In conclusion there isnt much nuthuggin going on here. Its mostly fun national pride/ fighter favoritism. Most people can talk things through with a clear head. Your stay at BS will be enjoyable if you enjoy talking about boxin. And even if you dont theres the General forums and some pretty crazy **** goes on there, it can keep you occupied.

I wouldn't say all Filipinos are Pac fans. I know a couple of them who bet on Morales to win. Me being one of them. :) When he finally becomes a complete fighter, then maybe I'll stroke his nuts once or twice. ;)

I wasn't even posting here at that time. So how could you know who I was cheering for? I was glad to see Pac win over Barrera. I didn't expect him to win but I was really proud Pac won. In fact, I was hoping Pac would beat Morales....yet...in my mind, I knew this was the wrong fight for Pac. So I bet on Morales. I made $5. :)

Ya see, to me, boxing is a sport for the individual. It's not like World Cup Futbol where nationals team up against other nationals. Pac will destroy a fellow Filipino if the price is right. Like a true gladiator, he'll fight anyone. Regardless of race.

I'll cheer for anyone.....regardless of race. You could say I'm an international Nut Hugger. :p
