Hey bud I hope you're right.. I don't think Ruiz is good for boxing but I trust him more to prepare for a fight than Toney.. I don't trust Toney to do the work and conditioning to prepare for this fight. Skill and natural talent can only get you so far. I don't have many points as Im new here but I'd bet all of them that Toney won't win.. Especially after seeing that picture of his morbidly obese body hitting the heavy bag just two weeks before arguably the biggest fight of his career!!

after the holyfield and toney fight.........toney was being interviewed and he was excited about his win...he was yelling to all his people and jim gray kept tring to interupt him and interview him......eventually toney got pissed and knocked the mic right out of his hand ......and said "I don't like you".......toney has made jokes before in chat rooms about doing the same to merchant if he crosses his way......so I'm looking forward to this interview

Well if Merchant is a dick I just hope he gets what he deserves. However, Toney celebrating his won over an ancient, and obviously brain-damaged Holyfield was uncalled for. Ruiz is actually...finally...a real win at heavyweight.

Ruiz' only shot is to get a gift decision, which could very well happen if he survives the 12 round distance, because there's very little chance that Toney could win a dec. if the fight's close
