Just wanted to see what you all think of Tann. He fought a very tough cop and fighter in Gavern (i think that how u spell it) He showed good boxing skills and says he has been training with Kirk Johnson and James Toney.

Yeah I watched it because I couldn't afford the PPV. Good fight for HW - Tann looked pretty decent, but not much KO power. Thought someone was going to get KO'd though...

damn this fight played all day yesterday, no one saw it but me.

that was like the 3rd or 4th time i have seen Tann, he seems to have a skill, he reminds me of Michael Grant, not sure how his chin is though, it hasn't really been tested

I watched a bit of it but it didn't hold my interest for too long.
Bout the time his lame opponent stuck his tongue out, I thought to myself, "It might be interesting to see if this chump bites his own tongue off but maybe a repeat of Seinfeld is on......" CLICK.

I actually like Malcome. I've seen all but 3 of his fights and he has potential. My daugher is crazy about him, but its cause of the hat he wears coming into the ring that his granddad gave him :o I hate that I missed this fight and will keep an eye out for the replay ;)

Tann is nothing special. He's shown a shaky chin vs Chapman and he doesn't have power for his size. He's a hardworker though and seems like a dedicated guy-in this division you never know . . .

i seen tan a few times yes no better or no worse then these other sorry HW..........That whole devison is boo booo

entertaining fight, the cop showed some decent skills here and there using shoulder roll counter rights but his stamina was awful and he was easily out worked by tann :confused:

No. Malcome's grandfather died a while back and gave that funky hat he always wears to him when he was still alive, so it has alot of sentimental value for him and thats why he always wears it into the ring. My kid likes Tann, but mainly for the hat. She always like to know when he's fighting so she can watch ;) THEREFORE I've seen him fight quite a few times

I wish he had been! :eek: Talk about growing up in the sport.
I like Tann, and I'd love to see him excel cause he's a good person outside the ring. I think he can do anything he puts his mind to, but he still need's some work.. I've seen him run out of steam in more than one fight and for some reason I'm thinking if he shed just a few pounds he would be quicker (or lighter on his feet) without taking away from the power(which also needs working on some) he has. He has potential I think, but is still very young and with the right trainer can do well.
But like i said, I like him and will always root for him. And if he is sparring with Toney and the like, then that can only help ;)
