You shouldn't be hitting a bag without the proper protection. It's common sense. And it doesn't matter how strong your wrists are, if you hit someone without gloves on your hands are likely to get damaged. I've broken 2 knuckles on my right hand from fighting when i've been out in town and now my right hand's weak as ****.

i never hit a bag without protection and yes it is retarted but after trainin i just hit the bag and my wrist bent and then i thought if i ever hit sum1 in the face would my wrist bend then?

If he swings all wild and without form he should take up MMA, they seem to all have that in common.

take up MMA dude, it sounds like you would fit right in with those guys.

Be carefull not to hit him above eye level or u will break something! Better is to street fight with elbow and knees (but you gotta get very close) so train that at home, look at youtube for some info on it.
But pls remember to be polite and help him find his teeth after the fight...
