Toneys trousers are really low in this picture that makes his belly seem rounder. But even than his belly seems to be a lot bigger than it was in the Booker fight picture, so some work needs to be done before the fight. His arms and shoulders are freaking big and strong on this picture.

He may look over weight in that picture but I think he will be ready come fight time. And there will be a new champion ...lights out for Ruiz.
