Believe it or not, my favorite is "Friend of Mine", not one of them on the list. Close second would be "Party and Bull****", also not on the list....

LOL

Next, I like the original One More Chance, JUICY, and The What the best.

Favorite track off Life After Death would be "I Love the Dough" with Jay-Z

Respect feat Diana King - The first verse is the best Biggie verse of all time imo, but he lyrically kills all-round it in that track.

i am glad that you posted this because this BIG track seems to always be overlooked, and it stands out in my mind as being outrageously bangin'

my favorite though is probably Party And Bull****...he just tears it up lyrically and his flow is disgustingly on point. certain parts of the track actually blow my dome...

I used to have the tre` duce
And the deuce deuce in my bubblegoose
Now i got a mac in my knapsack
Loungin' black, smoking sacks up in acts
And sidekicks with my sidekicks rockin fly kicks

like waaaaattt!?!?

i love the energy of the track. and he switches up his flow so many times that it stays so entertaining. i love this song.

Gimme The Loot gets honorable mention in my books. probably my number 2 BIG track. the way he switches up his voice to the point that people actually think that someone else is featured on the track...that is some sneaky ass **** that requires a lot of skill. Gimme The Loot was the first song that i ever knew word for word.

The reason "Juicy" is a such a great song is because of the emotion the song evokes, and because it gives a "new artist" (Ready to Die was his debut studio album) a background and introduction to his audience.

Plus, at that time, gangsta rappers weren't rapping over beats like Puff put out in "Juicy"....only in The Chronic had melody even really become part of "hard rap"

Even though this isn't his song I had to put this up. When I heard his verse I KNEW he was the best rapper alive at the time:
