Owen Hart comes to mind. Japanese legend Tiger Mask was also up there, as well as the Dynamite Kid. Remember that Pro Wrestling is not only about the talent, but also the charisma and good booking. Michaels was lucky to be charismatic and have some good bookers making him look a hero.

I used to watch wrestling when i was really young. When it was flipping amazing. But i've gotten more into boxing as i've gotten older and it also helps that wrestling is also at its lowest point in my opinion so it never gets in the road of boxing.
