I dont have a bench press, and i was planning on buying those push up handle bar thingys that are suppose to be easy on your joints....
what will make me go from 244-200 faster??!??!?!!

exercise for an hour a day 3-5 times a week.
if you can do push ups for an hour do that but most people like to mix it up and do things like running/jogging/walking along with sit ups and pull ups.

Push ups won't make you lose weight, jog.

if u want to LOSE Weight! you need to do CARDIO download Tae Bo DVD is good
you can do one of my little workouts
a gentle jog for two minutes, then jog for a minute knees as high a posible (for one min min) then another minute bringing ankles to touch back of legs when jogging then
3 sets 20 Squats
3 sets 20 pushups
3 sets 20 snap kicks (bringing knee as high as possible then extend leg fast)
3 sets 20 tri dips on a stool/ bench whatever u have
3 sets 20 Star jumps
jog as before
If u have punch bag do 5 two minute rounds 30 secs of rest inbetween each roun
If not u can do shadow boxing instead.
then do a a gentle jog move ur arms round in circles each way.

Diet is very important
buy Aloe Vera juice and drink it each day with juice, cut down carbs and fill plate with Greens/Veg.

that is a very good question,it depends on the actual program that you are going to be using the two methods of your training regime,as you have asked a fine and dandy question you must figure out a way and see which is the better of the two to actually shed the weight that is either no longer wanted or just to shed on a personal basis:banana:
