I think I saw sugar shane mosely box with braces. So I dont think its a problem as long as you dont lose your mouthpiece. And you probably need a special mouthpiece.

you will first need to get a signed release from your parents or your dentist, or possibly both, stating that they understand the risks involved and authorize you to compete. Then you will need a special mouthpiece made from your dentist to protect your investment. I know people that have boxed with braces and everything went fine. Except for that one guy who had the wire come loose and then it went done his throat. As he was gagging in the ring........ just kidding man, youll be fine.............Rockin' :boxing:
