this fight seems less likely to happen as time goes on. Silva seems to be getting set to make a permanent move to 205 and fighting GSP at a catch weight below 185 seems unlikely at the moment. but who knows.

and comparing boxing to mma is non sense. weight is WAAAY more of an issue in mma than it is in boxing. skill can out do weight in boxing, but in a lot of cases, weight can make up for skill in mma. for example: I think shogun is much more skilled than lesnar, but lesnar would destroy him if they ever fought mostly because of their weight difference.

ground fighting relies a lot on weight as much as skill and strength.

Silva's boxing skills alone would knock that lil dude out.
