I think I have an anger problem. I was walking around in the mall by my house today, with my brother, just to kill some time. I swear, I saw at least 30 people I wanted to kick the crap out of.

There was this one white family, they were all dressed like white people, except this one little jackass rebel son, who was dressed like some sort of gang member, with a big silver cross (probably was an atheist and doesn't know what it symbolizes), huge ass black shirt, pants three sizes two big, and a black hat on backwards. Straight out of the ghetto... Anyhow, as I saw this guy, I could help but think of that Tyson-like move. You know, the one where he moves into a guy and crowds him a lot, then he gives a little shove off with his left arm, and lays into him with a right cross. Yeah, I wanted to do that so badly to this kid.

It wasn't just him, either. There were so many people who just pissed me off for no reason, except maybe they were complete slob fatasses, or they had little bastard kids running all over the place.

This doesn't just happen with random people either. People I work with... I almost fantasize about knocking them out. This one dude at work's always giving me ****, and one day I'm gonna hit him so hard he won't be able to walk for a week. I mean, one blow and I'll shatter his jaw, and destroy his equilibrium. I imagine him punching at me with a wild punch to start things off, because he has threatened me, but I really want him to attack me, so I don't report him. So, I imagine him throwing this wild punch (I know he can't fight, I've known him for a long time; from school, and my previous job), and I either take it, or I slip it-- either way works, but preferably the slip-- and I come back with a right hook and one flush shot on the jaw and he falls like a ton of bricks. No one would do anything, except maybe his gay-lover-best-friend, who I'd do a similar thing to.

Yeah, I think I should go see a counselor, or something. Anyone else have a similar problem?

I've been on dates, but not many girls interest me. Mostly because they are so absent minded. In that case, not many people interest me for the same reason. Don't ever compare me with a goth kid. They're number 1 on my "can't stand" list. They're mad at the world because they are social rejects, I'm mad at specific groups of people for being dumbasses.

I got bad news for you, when you get to be over 20 you'll see how stupid people are at that age as well. Fact is stupid people are everywhere and there's no escaping them. Having said that, I wouldn't get too concerned about your violent tendencies, or whatever. People worry too much about what they think. Remember that actions speak louder than words. As long as you're not actually doing anything wrong, then there's no problem. In fact imagining what you would do to these people probably saves you from actually doing something.

Thing is the only way to avoid stupid people is to distance yourself from them as much as you can, which means getting involved in activites that stupid or lazy people can't handle. That's more of an incentive to stay in school than anything else.

Hell, I'm 41 and I still have anger issues. Sometimes you get in that pissed off rut and it just magnifies. I mostly get it off my chest by yelling and then it passes. I am much more laid back than I used to be though. I think the laid back Florida atmosphere has helped me chill these last 7 or so years.

I can't imagine that there would be anyone here who isn't a bit of a hothead...this is a boxing forum, after all. I think you have to have a bit of a temper yourself to appreciate a good fight.

Especially when they ask for certain movies and look at me like I'm lying when I say we don't have it in. Nah the most annoying thing to me is the bad taste in movies that most of my customers have. OMG, they're only allowing bad movies to continue to get made, lowering the standard of cinema. Ladder 49 SUCKS! Why can people not tell this without renting the movie? Same with Elektra. Hey jackass! The movie was in theatres in January, it is already on DVD in April. There's a reason for that.

Secondly, if you get a chance try taking some E one time. I have a few friends who swear this has drug changed their life (even one off users, and no none of the others are addicts either). It makes you feel more connected to people. Your anxiety and fear drop away and you just want to hug people.

I don't have an anger problem and I generally don't look around at people wishing them harm. My philosophy is pretty simple. I can get along with anybody who can get along with me. I almost never start **** with people, but I always finish it when they start with me. My temper generally works like this - If somebody ****s with me I lash out at them quickly and usually pretty brutally. Then I settle down just as quickly and put it behind me. Really I think that's the best way to handle things. I don't tink it's healthy to let anger build up inside of you. It's the people who keep their emotions bottled up all the time who are the dangerous ones. You never know when they are going to snap and go postal.

I work at a Jiffy Lube for now, because I moved and needed a different job, but it ended up different than planned, because I still work where I used to live. He threatens to hit me a lot, and such, and I'm waiting for him to try one day. For instance, I once turned the heater down (this was in like.. February), and he comes over to me and says, "If you turn the heater down again, I'm gonna punch you in the face. And if you hit me back I'll keep hitting you back, unlike Mike." In regards to Mike, the guy kicked me in the face, and I punched him, causing some damage to his face. (It was swollen for about a week, his nose gushed blood for about a half hour, and his nose hurt for about 2 weeks afterwards) I just clean the cars, vacuum, and wash windows (because there are people in every other position right now). He's 17, I think, and he does various different jobs. He's not a manager, or "above" me some how, so his job would have little to do with anything. This is especially so considering he, and his ****** friend (I think they might be a little gay), are the only ones who give me ****.

Hmm... I let my anger out a lot, but it's generally not at people. Lashing out at people because they piss you off is stupid. The best way I've found to let out my anger is to yell, or hit the heavy bag. When someone confronts me, and there have been plenty of confrontations (not much has really happened, though), I've ALWAYS looked them in the eye. I'm not afraid of them, and most of the time I'm not the instigator. No matter how mad I get at people, I don't attack them because it's un-necessary. If you think beating down a random person makes you tough, then you have a ****ed up view of the world.

Also, I never talk about violence, unless it's in a joking manner with my friends. (For instance, there's this Cherrios commercial, where the baby eats the dad's cereal, and we both think it'd be hilarious if the dad cracked the kid for stealing his food; that's the only time I talk about violence) This is a very rare occurance.

He wasn't a little kid, he was my age. Unless you consider nearly full grown people to be little kids. Why does it bother me? It shows, in my opinion, a lack of self-respect, and a degridation in class. He looks like a ****ing thug, and thug wanabees piss me off more than thugs themselves.
