I missed that one though just turned it on and Ken Shamrock just got owned. That's a shocker cause from my small UFC knowledge, he's suppose to be a legend and everything and the best of them all or something. Cool stuff anyways.

Great fight. Feel bad for those who watched the PPV instead.

It's not really that much of a shocker...I mean, Shamrock was the 1st true UFC master and now he is 41! Not everyone can be a 40 yr old champ. He was fighting one of the best young guys out there but even still Sham almost took him out with the ankle twist. It just didn't happen.

They ended up offering 6 figure UFC contracts to both fighters in that fight.

Why not post this in the MMA forum so the people who watch UFC all the time can put the fight in perspective in comparison to the normal PPVs, TV?

That's the most hated man in body building, Gregg Valentino. It's even been discussed here on Boxingscene ages ago.

Why would he be hated? There is nothing desirable about having arms that look like that.

I guess because his arms are totally disproportionate to his body, and he's a little guy too, around 5'6. Supposedly he's laid off a bit on the roids and his arms aren't as large anymore, but still freakish nontheless.

The Forrest fight was awesome. Unfortunately, those two light heavyweights will get pummelled by the real UFC fighters in their division. But Diego Sanchez is a different story. It's too early to say but I really think he has what it takes to win a championship in the UFC.

Poor Ken Shamrock. I just hope he fights Ortiz one more time and retires.

niels, is that actor in your signature pic the same woman that is on CSI? I have been wondering this for weeks.

Also, there are many many great fights (Couture vs Rizzo, just for example, to jog memories) in NHB history.
