right so i get put on the ropes and im stuck i move to the left he cuts me off im on the ropes again... how do you guys practice getting off the ropes aka do you turn them or what, its like moving dont do much but make me more tired is there a way i can get off the ropes with ease making my opponant look like a fool :D

fight off the ropes..rope a dope..

clinch - and then turn them towards the ropes, escape or pound on them.
or you could lean back in a quick motion against the ropes use the momentum duck under and slip away from your opponent.

yup pretty much. Just stay calm and try to spin them if you can.

let him wear himself out, tuck your elbows and take his shots, then jab out and move to a side.

do you like to be on the ropes?can you defend while throwing combos while on the ropes?do you want to move from the rope position,or will you be willing to learn ways on how to slip away from the ropes,the ropes can be a good place,but if you want to try being off the ropes you have to learn techniques,these techniques have to be taught and practiced with the utmost precision,when this technique is mastered you will be in familiar territory as the rope a dope:boxing:
