Aren't they both on BTT? I haven't heard much of this, It's my understanding that the match-makers and the fighters like to avoid having 2 fighters from the same team fight yet both of these men are on the card. Some people brought up the issue with belfort but he had left the team, what about little Nog?

Anyone know or even care?

BTT is kinda split, with half being under Murilo Bustamante, and the other half being under Mario Sperry. Maybe this is the case with Lil Nog and Arona?

Lil Nog and his brother are under Bustamante. Arona isn't really on either side and might be starting his own BTT gym. Or so I read a few months back.

Interesting, maybe we'll see another Brazilian team in the near future.

there are 2 of each team in the GP, 2 from chute box, 2 from BTT i dunno if there are 2 from other teams but they will be on opposite sides of the brackets so if they meet it should be in the finals

Yeah, there are a bunch of guys from the same teams in the tourney. The ones Vulgar mentioned plus Yoshida and Nakamura who train together.
