It all depends on what you want to do. Bulk or cut? what weight do you plan to fight at etc? pacquiao-king 11-22-2009, 03:37 PM Thanks for criticism. pacquiao-king 11-23-2009, 02:21 PM Any more opinions? Also I'm thinking of swapping tuna for something else except for the weekend so I have tuna twice a week. I don't want mercury poison yet again I don't want a broken nose but I still intend on boxing =) HM_Luke 11-23-2009, 05:34 PM I'd suggest to do body weight stuff. press ups, squats, lunges, crunches etc etc... make a plan of it. (monday- chest, tuesday - legs etc etc) oatmeal + a few eggs (pref boiled or scram but mostly whites) hit the tuna in some bread? rice/pasta - fine but wholemeal (brown) and also try have some meat with this. you need to do some sort of cardio for at least 30 mins a day. Jog for 30 mins Bike Swim Skipping Sorry it's all over the place but i'm tired :D Skuzzles 11-23-2009, 06:28 PM Your diet seems pretty balanced, but between breakfast at lunch you go 5 hours without eating anything. Try eating something around 9 or 10. Something like a handfull of almonds mixed with dried cranberries, or a banana or orange. Nothing that will fill you up but will keep your metabolism going. |
