This actually looks like a very solid diet for cutting. Unlike some people on here who think a sauna suit and sweat enhancers will cure everything.

Just remember to eat a lot of lean protein, lots of green vegetables and fruits, drink lots of water and keep carbs and fats low.

Then the day of weigh-in sit in the sauna for a while and shed the rest.

After the weigh-ins, Protein and Carb Up.

Buy a bottle of Pedialyte and chug it after you weigh in. Bubble Gum Flavor is the best ;)

Why do you guys insist on using stones as a measure? It's like the medieval ages or something. Your grace.

I have never been big on eating protein and such for cutting weight. Adding protein is going to increase your muscle mass. I always go with strict carb diets. Carbs are very easy to digest, and even easier to burn. They are also a good source of energy.

I would cut the protein shakes out of your diet, all else looks good. Just remember, eat like a half hour before your work out, and if you are still hungry after, eat immediatly after. Your heart rate is still going and your body is still burning off calories.

After every meal, go for a small walk. This will help burn off calories as well.

Looks like a good plan to me.

Eat every 3 hours or so.

Oats + few eggs (mainly whites)

I'd switch the first protein shake with a brown bread sandwhich with tuna/fish.

Doing any weights? with a high protein diet you need to really unless you do body weight ex.
