u wanna put down ur routine so we can see how everybody trains..

aerobic running 2 days a week...
anaeorib running 4 days a week...
whole body work out via lifting 2 days a week
boxing workout 3 days a week
boxing workouts consist of 3 rounds shadow bosing, 3 rounds speedbag/double-end bag, heavybag, sparring
cant run these days cause of injury.
it depends if there is anyone two spar, hold mitts with etc
if not i došthis
5 2min rounds of shadow with 1 min rest between
5 2min rounds of skipping with 1 min rest between
5 2min rounds of speedball with 1min rest between
15 2min rounds of heavybag 1 min rest between
than its chins,dipps, push upps,military press, situpps and other ab exercises.

Roadwork:Wake up at 5:30 am, everyday is different
3 miles-Finish last 1/2 mile with intervals(15 second sprint/15 second rest)
1-2 mile run REAL fast
Hill Sprints
Everyday is different and right now i'm just building my way up
Between everything is 30 seconds rest (no more)
Warm-up:shadowbox 3-4 rounds
Stretch 5 minutes
Workout:Heavybag 4 x 3 minute rounds (gonna work my way up)
Speedbag 4 rounds
Double End Bag 2-3 rounds
Sparring - they dont sparr much in my gym but whenever i can i will
10-15 minutes jump rope
pushups,squats,etc.
bodyweight/conditioning drills 1-2 times a week
Core(situps,V-ups,leg raises, etc.)
Ball slams to the stomach
Neck (bridges, curls off the ring,curls with harness)
I work neck 3 times a week
Punch Mitts whenever possible
Plyometrics twice a week
5-10 minute stretch
Go home!
Theres my workout
I'm movin to Detroit in less than 13 months for boxing, and they dont sparr much in my gym for some very weird reason lol
When i move next year I will start sparrin 4-5 days a week etc.
Right now i'm gonna condition the **** out of my self and sparr every chance i get..
Startin this summer, in july, when i get my license, i will be drivin 90 minutes to go to Andre Wards boxing gym in East Oakland so I can get some good sparrin at least once a week till April 31st, 2006!

When I have a fight coming up....
Monday
Morning= jog a mile to warm up then run 1 mile
Afternoon= weight lifting situps etc...
Evening=Heavy stretching, heavy bag, focus mits, Thai pads, body and leg kicks.
Tuesday
Morning= jog and run
Evening Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu/Sambo class
Wednesday
Morning jog and run
Afternoon= weight lifting situps etc...
Evening= full contact sparring (stand up and grappling with MMA gloves)
Thursday
Morning= jog and run
Evening Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu/Sambo class
Friday
Morning= jog and run
Afternoon= weight lifting situps etc...
Evening= Heavy stretching, heavy bag, focus mits, Thai pads, body and leg kicks.
Saturday
Morning= Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu/Sambo class
Evening= Sparring (stand up)
Sunday
Rest
Sparring sometimes if I'm not too wore out.
