B.I., nice made up avatar. It almost looks legit.
I think Jones has too much skill for Lacy. Simple as that.

Roy Jones Jr. would have stopped him mid-way through the fight. He hits too hard.
Jones, whenever he wanted.

Jones at 168 would beat Lacy easy.

I take Jones as well, either UD if he plays if safe b/c of Lacy's power, or TKO late if he decided to trade a little in the late rounds b/c he would have worn down Lacy alot by then.
Rubin Williams, for Christ's sake, was lighting Lacy up off the ropes, just imagine what Roy could do in that situation, he hits much harder than Williams and would get in an extra 2-3 punches per exchange than Rubin managed.
Lacy's only shot would be to land a shot like Tarver did in the rematch, but the Jones at 168 would have never let that happen.
This would have been a mismatch, and coming from a Roy Jones doubter, that says a lot I think.

Lacy's chin is too good to be KO'd by Roy. Jones by Decision...

As strong as Lacy looks at times you really have to think that Jones would be able to out-box him in this one. Jones was as fast as could be in his prime and Lacy really only knows how to go in one direction- forward.
Lacy is great, don't get me wrong...but there was no other fighter at 168 that fought like jones jr.
