Malik 11-19-2009, 07:08 AM Don't know where you got that from I just put a link up of Ali saying it himself. mrboxer 11-19-2009, 09:37 AM have the people who took the purses been notified to return the purses to the people who lost the purses:stooges: THe TRiNiTY 11-22-2009, 02:17 AM From my understanding, the biggest boxers get about 20-30 percent of their purse taken. Averaging out to about a fourth of your income. However, the biggest fighters also beneit from the gate and from the buys, in terms of PPV if the numbers go above a certain amount of purchases. Younger/lesser known or established boxers have less hands in the pot, so they get more percentage wise, but make far less money, overall. |
