Its nice reading up threads re JMM,Pac,EM or MAB.

One thing I had in mind . . . how good JMM really is . . I admired his spirit after he came from 3 KO from Pac . . and survive the match . .

How long hes been in this division (featherweight) yet havent heard of him fighting the likes of (In Jin Chi, MAB , Harrison or even Erik Morales)? or Im just not that updated . . .

is JMM for real? Enlightened me please . . .

JMMarquez is a master counterpuncher though he's boring to watch, he's actually a patient and very skilled technician...some shades of Finito (in terms of skill NOT in aggressiveness). He was avoided like a plague by Naseem Hamed, made Peden quit in his stool (vomitted blood!) and Derrick Gainer was so scared he mistook his WBA title defense as a track meet.;)

I have JMM-Gainer and JMM-Licona vdos, just PM me if you're interested.

Naseem is a joke . . . so its only logical for him to avoid JMM

but how come JMM never fought Morales or Barrera? I dont want to think they(MAP,EM) are avoiding him . . . or is it the other way around?

If you have any questions ask.

Morales and Marquez are both Top Rank fighters and Arums plan was to corner the Prince and make him fight one of his guys.

I hope he can take and fight MAB or atleast any equally good
fighters like In Jhin Chi . . . and see what JMM really made of . . .

To survive the Pac-Man for 12 brutal rounds and in fact gave him a scare, JMM must be one of the top guys at featherweight. He's got to do better, though, in their rematch come February 05.

I think JM Marquez looks great against the right opponent.

Pacquiao did EXACTLY want Marquez would want an opponent to do...come forward.

Marquez has looked limited when fighting guys who won't lead.
Take for instance the Norwood, Gainer and recent Salido fights. Marquez looked nothing like a p4p'er in those, because they all boxed him.

When he's in with a guy who fights and stays in range, like PAcquiao or Medina, he looks incredible.
