I think that for the most part if you are serious about your boxing training and do strength and endurance training at least 2 times a week on top of your boxing-specific training, you will have a good physique.

I'm just thinking that Calzaghe just doesn't have the genes for a good physique because I'm sure he trains harder than most.

But he doesn't seem to be as athletic or as dynamic as the poiund for pound champs. They are always ripped. Bare in mind thet Calzaghe has never beaten an elite fighter in thier prime. I think the reason they were more ripped was because they are more athletic and much better overall. In most cases, the supreme athlete specimens like a prime RJJ have a great physique to go with it
