Not much use really eh? lol Do you box in Newcastle mate? rockymarciano1 11-14-2009, 01:51 PM no. i put that in while i was in newcastle but then i moved and never botherd to change it. Sprints are the best....combine sprints with 4-5 mile jog and you should be good Kazaam '85 11-16-2009, 08:44 PM I do running, sprints, and cycling. Hmmm... running w/ sprint intervals is fantastic. But don't count out cycling... cycling is great and its easy on the joints. Never tried rowing before. Richie-G 11-17-2009, 11:01 AM Usually i just do runs and sprints but recently i started to do intervals on the rowing machine, 500m with 1 minute rest. Each interval usually takes about 1:50-2:00, so it does a good job a replicating a round in boxing as I do it a a fast pace, for me anyway. Might not be for everyone but its something different i guess, make your routine a bit more exciting. oh i forgot to mention I do like 6 intervals but am progressing to doing more eventually. |
