Unhealthy is full Scottish.Sausage, slice, egg, potato skon, beans, fried mushrooms or French toast.

Healthy or when training hard.
Bowl of baked beans mixed with a couple of eggs.3 min 30secs with a plate over the top microwave scrambles the eggs as well.
Bowl of porridge is good as well.I like salt in my porridge tho .I would like to try protein porridge as well.Just a scoop of whey protein or just some fruit , berries or yougort or something through it.Coffee as well.Want to try some ripped fuel with that as well to start my day.Supposed to be some buzz. A couple of hundered mils of caffeine is good as well in the morning then out into a morning run :wank:.

I've answered this question before, but this is my favorite breakfast, and is the single greatest thing in the world to eat in the morning. That, and its pretty much the only think I know how to actually cook:

3 eggs scrambled in Olive Oil with chopped up Jalepeno peppers (and/or tomatoes) and pepper.

Big bowl of regular oatmeal, topped with a little bit of honey and milk.

Large cup of green tea.

The olive oil is KEY! Its so much better than butter, and tastes so good, do not use cheap olive oil. That is wrong on many levels...
