View Full Version : lance armstrong on jim rome show today
Xecutioner 04-01-2005, 06:33 PM im sure most of you heard about his former assistant coming out and saying lance was roiding it up. today he called the jim rome show from spain, pretty much stated the guy tried to extort him for 500,000. and after he almost died he said hed never do anything to harm his body like that. most importantly though he also said if anyone thinks hes guilty keep his tests from the past tour de france races and go ahead and test them any time or if anyone thinks hes taking some undetectable drug keep them for as long as they want to test. the clean tests are there, damn when wiill these biatches stop trying to hate on this man!

Explosivo 04-01-2005, 06:49 PM I heard Rome today too. I guess he sounded prett sincere. If it was me though, and it was bull****, I would just say its bull**** and not go into all these reason why its bull**** like Lance did. I think he was trying to hard to explain himself and why hes not on roids.
Blood_Child 04-01-2005, 06:56 PM I don't think its true. Lance should just brush it off.
Prostitroop 04-01-2005, 06:59 PM This thread is so ******
m00ks 04-01-2005, 07:10 PM He prolly took them roids, just like every other athlete that denies allegations.
oldgringo 04-01-2005, 07:40 PM I take steroids...and outside of the violent overreactions, 24 hour whiskey dick, and extreme personal anguish I feel fine.

Ah **** OG, please tell me that's a drink...
Well, Lance is a great athelete.
Wonder how great he would've been if he didn't met Michele Ferrari.

Lance is legit and the reason you know he's legit is because he's never beeen afraid to take a drug test unlike certian other athletes.

Reggie Miller?

Sure, just depends on what they test him...
Sir_Jose 04-01-2005, 11:45 PM Reggie Miller?
Of course thats who I was talking about. I just didn't want to single him out. I mean my god is there anyone on the planet that doesn't know Miller is on the juice? just look at him.

Honestly...I mean, if you want to put on all that bulk so you can draw cheap fouls and shoot three's do it on your own time... :nonono:
MlLkMan 04-01-2005, 11:57 PM We Never Know
SonnyG8R 04-02-2005, 09:54 AM I don't believe Lance is guilty. There is absolutely no proof. Plus the guy hasn't exhibited any of the signs of juicing like sudden gain in muscle mass. Sounds to me like the former assistant is attempting extortion.
I saw the dickhead on ESPN. He said lance emailed him and asked him if he'd like to join his team. No get this, he then goes on to say that he took that email to mean that he would be gauranteed employment for 4 years and then Lance would help him open his own bike shop.
I mean wtf? Since when does "would you like to join our team" come with all those gaurantees? Either you have a signed contract stating the terms or you don't.
