i hate doing the jump robe workout but things need to be done. so any advice on jumping or any tips that make it easier..if possible

1)just practice it alot.
2)KEEP A TEMPO AND FOCUS ON SOMETHING(when I skip i look at a crack in the wall or in the street)
3)try new things after you get comfortable try adding a cross or a double.

If you do these things you will get better. I started in the same spot as you and now I can do double crosses and triple jumps.
