i have a question.
if you have seen robinson skip rope you see that he only holds the rope in one hand so he isnt jumping over it.
does any one know why he did this.

The videos you see of him doking that are probably just for the viewers to watch i'm guessing...

Or maybe he just wanted to work out that one arm?

He was a superb skipper who could do all the tricks, he did seem to do that particular thing a bit too much in vids though. Strange, it is ridiculously simple to do!
