Those two fights were extremely strange. The first one, Lewis completely dominated in my opinion. He won at least 9 out of the 12 rounds. He was distancing himself with the jab well, and setting up power shots. I had no idea how judge Eugenia Williams scored the bout 115-113 in favor of Holyfield. That was was a complete whackjob.

In the rematch, holy fought a better fight although Lewis brought the same gameplan and executed it better. I had him winning the majority of the rounds in the rematch and proved he was just too much for Holyfield at that point.

first fight lennox, second fight much close but ll also won it. i gave 4 top 5 round to holyfield. u can see in they face who was winner.

EDIT: holyfield use his head a lot in the second fight. in 4 or round 5 lewis got hit by holyfield´ head and he look up. and they started to wrestling ;)

Just because Holyfield actually won a few rounds doesn't mean he won the fight. It wasn't even close.

I scored the 3rd, 6th, 7th and 12th rounds for Holyfield giving lewis a 116 - 112 win! The 9th round was close but Lewis won the fight no doubt!

the judges werent scoring the 2nd fight based on what was happening in the ring, they were making up for the first fight, i just watched it the other day, lewis was rocked by holyfield a few times in the 2nd matchup, but lewis landed and threw more so i say he won a close one. the scorecards were rediculous though, the judges scored the first 4 rounds for lewis, holy was killing lennox with jabs to the stomach and chest, and lewis took rounds off. lewis 7 rounds to 5, def not a blowout

Holyfield only won one of the firt 4 frames. He was being outjabbed allot. In fact, Holyfield`s break through in that fight was the wicked headbutt he smcked Lewis with in the 5th round. It bothered Lewis allot and threw him off a little, this gave Holy the chance to get into the fight and he took that chance!

look at the stats, lewis did not out jab holfield by much, lewis landed 2 times as many jabs in the first fight, in the 2nd fight holy had a better percentage and was right behind in jabs landed, try again

Hey I'm a little PO'ed here. I clicked under the link of that animation of a woman drinking a beverage and expected it to be information about a new kind of soda. Some kind of lime flavored drink. You know, like sprite.

Well as it turns out it's just some incredibly gorgeous girl whose last name is Lima. Anyone else have a similar frustrating experience?

I've gotta see those fights sometime...

I can't imagine how holyfield at that age could possibly have beaten Lewis - i'm surprised that Lewis didn't ko him, to be honest...

LEWIS!!!

It was much closer than the 1st fight!

And respect to Holyfield for that - He's great at working out an opponent and coming back strong!

But still Lewis one the fight fair and square.

My question about the first fight is how come every blames Eugenia Williams for her score card but not the other guy who gave it a draw??

About the second fight im not saying who I feel won the fight becasue I didnt actually score the bout but I do remember after the fight Foreman saying somethign along the lines of Ïf what happend didnt happen in the first fight then Holyfield could win this"
