WarriorSoul 11-02-2009, 07:30 PM You need to take salt tablets, your body is losing too much salt which can cause severe muscle cramping. Hydration should begin before you work out and during your work out. Drink once you've sweated out a lot can also tax your muscle, they are not receiving water fast enough. Drink before, and during the work out cycle.
Also make sure you are drinking some sort of sports drink to refuel your body with electrolytes.

Happens to me too on occasion. No big deal man... eat bananas, I forgot what type of vitamin it has but it helps u to not cramp up as much.
GroundSt.Pound 11-02-2009, 11:12 PM You're dehydrated.
Are you having fun losing 80lbs?

Spartacus Sully 11-02-2009, 11:36 PM Potassium is in bannanas and its an electrolyte

DJ QUIK JR. 11-03-2009, 04:48 PM as soon as i drunk a sports drink the **** stopped. i knew then and their it was a high probability it was all salt. not to mention i didnt start cramping until this weeked when i started eating nothing but slads and greens nothing else
peewee1460 11-03-2009, 07:34 PM go out and buy yourself something meant to be taken after severe diarrhea to rehydrate you. take it right after you work out.

yeah, what peewee said.... youre flushing out all your electrolytes...
get some pedialyte or similar
or to a lesser extent drink some gatorade, or G2 if you are watching your sugar intake...
you need the ions, they are essential for many many things, especially muscle and neuro functions...

Cuauhtémoc1520 11-04-2009, 02:44 PM You need to realize the seat suit is not for every day use. It is dangerous if used this way. You over heat and you lose way too much water.
I would suggest not using it every day and if you do use it, do not keep it on for more than 20 minutes...tops.
AC111 11-04-2009, 05:50 PM dont be stupid by overdoing things.
Go to a doctor if something happens and your really worried
hey man. be damn carefull with suits like that. i dont think i would even recommend one.
btw, are u fighting in the AMs right now or soon? if not, u definitely need not go to extremes if u practice just for physical fitness and self defence.
