I was pissed that Ahmed lost for the second time! Us arabs don't get to much action in the ring (at least not since Naz) so I was hoping this charasmatic Lebonese cat would win the Contender and do us a solid, but it was not meant to be. I also think it is ****ty that Ishe lost but I thik he lost to the guy who could very well end up winning. I was just looking at the records of these cats and before the show Manfredo UD'ed Anthony in a fight, and Ishe beat Alfonso in his second career fight! I would be interested to see some of them match up again on the show now that they are more seasoned.

I've got to mitigate my remarks on Bonsante a tad; he obviously knew from the start or suspected that those guys were cooking up something and maybe that's why he bucked the original "agreement".

I admit that some of the best fighters' confidence has dulled their perception as they seem oblivious to the **** those guys pulled. They probably were thinking, " I'll just kick their ass in the ring." Little did they know they'd be pitted against each other. Hopefully in the end, a hard mofo is waiting to bust em each up.

And that's exactly why I don't like this 5 rd ****. Notice how no one has gotten KTFO to the canvas in this entire show yet. 5 rds isn't enough time for slow starters to turn a fight around or for endurance to truly be tested. Thats the main weakness of the contender.

All true professional boxers are prizefighters. If you're a great fighter you deserve to win the million and will ultimately succeed because you are champion. Being a true champion means facing the greatest fighters out there and prevailing. Not by ducking good fighters and trying to fight weaker ones or scheming to have the strongest fight each other so you're the last one standing.

Even convicts and the mafia have an honor code. Boxers are warriors and also should fight with honor. That's why Anthony, Jesse, and Joey are *****es and eventually they'll be beat down by a real fighter who makes it to the final round.

Then why did he fight like a complete amateur? And then why did he practically cry about a cut and sore hands, choosing to withdraw from the competition like a *****? In the parting interview he said if he stayed he'd probably get beat by any of the remaining fighters so it was better to leave with his record intact. Sugar's right about Juan, he doesn't have the heart to be a champ.
