DLH vs Wright, Winner Takes Tito...

These are the factors:

Mosley beat De La Hoya twice.

Wright beat Mosley twice.

Tito beat De La Hoya.

All this heavily relies on fighter's weight classes. With DLH moving back down, will it ever happen? What fights do you want to see, and can or should they happen?

I know you have your favorites, but try to be unbiased in your responses...

winky should go and fight b-hop instead. dlh and tito should fight to face the winner of that match

If winky fights bernard, he'll be thrwing away his future.

Great point- it is what should happen, but will it? DLH seems to feel like he can't dominate the middleweight division so he is moving down.

Tito v DLH II would answer a lot of boxing's biggest questions, and it would easily be the biggest non-heavyweight money fight.

The only reason I said DLH should fight Wright first is because he hasn't won lately -- Hopkins, Sturm (yeah, he "won"), and Mosley.

The winner would set up a Tito fight, and then a Hopkins fight.

not really because there is no shame in losing to the p4p champ.if winky fights hopkins he might catch hopkins on the downside of hop's career.this would propel winky to the top.

I think Wright has a chance against Hopkins, but I am not sure if he has the complete boxing skills to defeat him. This goes back to the fact that you then end up comparing the skills of DLH, who was of course Hopkins last opponent, with Wright's.

Oscar couldn't didn't have the skills to take Hopkins out, but Wright does?? Those questions would have to be answered first before Wright can take on Hopkins.

now why on earth would you want to get Tito killed?

I mean come on, Nard??

Tito tried that before with no success. He showed no sign of beating Hopkins at all, and has a better chance against De la Hoya, and we all want to see that.

B-hop has probably the strongest work ethic out of all the p4p fighters. He shows no signs of slowing down. Bernard would be too crafty against Winky and will outsmart him. You take away Winky's jab and left straight and he's got nothing. Bernard will fight on the inside and neutralize Winky's arsenal. He'll disect him like he did every other fighter.

Wright should stay at 154.

Can Tito get down to 154? If he can, there's a good fight right away.

If not, I;d like to see Wright in with Santos and Ouma.

Wright proved to me he is a tough fighter to fight,I always thought he was overated until last weekend. I think he would beat De La Hoya pretty easily.

I think Wright is too big.

DLH is not a 160 or 54 lb'er. He should stay down at 47, that's his best weight.

de la hoya is moving down to 147. i think another encounter with de la hoya and mosley is feasible since mosley is at 154. wright looks pretty big.. he could probably do it but it would drain him to go down. likely, wright will move up to face hopkins or trinidad. and i don't think trinidad would move down to 147 he's probably used to 160 now.

Is Tito fighting at 154 or 160?

I heard he was not gonna do 154 ever again and was fighting Sturm next year?

There's no way DLH would step in the squared circle with Winky. I think it's pretty clear DLH wouldn't want anything to do with Wright. Wright has been calling DLH out for the past 7 years, and DLH has publicly ducked and dodged him.
DLH is a natural 147...Wright is too big for him. Winky by UD

Sturm would get KO'ed by Tito. DLH got in a left hook to Sturm in the 4th round and you could clearly see Sturm was wobbly and on shaky ground. A left hook from Tito, and well, you saw what happened to Vargas...

Yes!
Тitо has very beautifully sent Vargas on a flooring of a ring...

De La Hoya would fight the same fight that mosley did against winky. He hasnt moved since... what the trinidad fight all his fights of last he thinks he can stand there.
