So recently my gym shut down because of a fire and i haven't trained in a entire month and recently i've started developing many missing body curves i should have for my age and aswell having my weight jump up and down (90-100kg)

Some backstory:

During childhood (11-15) i have always been lifting heavy stuff to help my mother out with her whisplash (among other backproblems she have) and that obviously made me stronger at the cost of getting several muscle/skeleton problems that im now experiencing.

Now for my question:

I need some help deciding on what action to take, i had a steady gym training schedule that made me stay at the same weight but now im slowly gaining AND getting several missing curves, I know most of you will suggest light running/jogging but i can't do any of them due to a sensitive asthma and a very wet/cold weather so im really confuzzled on wth to do. Any help/advice is appreciated and sorry for my ****ty english, its 6 AM in the morning

Sidenote,

My arms are shaking like hell if i try to lift/push anything in general and its as worse if i use any of my bodyweight (Never happened before) Im 100% sure its not overtraining
