PACMAN STILL THE WINNER & THE BEST FIGHTER TELL ME WHY. IT'S EASY BECAUSE HE WAS WEAK AT THAT TIME DUE TO AMOUNT OF BLOOD TAKEN OUT FROM HIM. IT WAS SO CLEAR CLINICALLY PROVEN & WE CAN'T DENY IT. ALL MUST KNOW THIS, THAT NO BOXER COULD EVER WITHSTAND SUCH AS WHAT PACMAN HAD EXPERIENCED BEFORE THE FIGHT, A MUST-NOT MEDICAL APPLICATION W/C BECAME A HINDRANCE TO HIS HEALTH THAT EVENTUALLY HAD EFFECTED HIS PERFORMANCE,HIS STAMINA,POWER, & ETC.. I VIEW THIS IN BOXING AS A VEXATION. :nono: :nono: :nono:

Both Pac and his trainer Freddie Roach dismissed this as an excuse before the fight. They said that Pac had no effects from the examination that was supposed to take place weeks before the fight but the Pac camp waited until the last minute to do it.

OMG I was laughing my ass off at that opening statement on this topic! Good for a laugh. Not even worth arguing against.

I agree, lol, it was Pac's blood. He was feeling...

Hotblooded...check it and see...I've got a fever of a hundred and three...

But yeah, the only loss of blood Pac needed to be concerned about was that which he lost during the fight, at the hands of El Terrible. And I still like Pac just barely better than Morales.

REMEMMMMMBER THE DEFEAT OF BARERRA TO PACMAN.PACMAN GOT HIM PINNING HIM DOWN & THEN PUNISHING HIM TIL A TOWEL SPAWNED UP IN THE AIR,A SIGN OF SURRENDER. THEN BARERRA MOCKED EL TERIBLE FOR LOSING THAT FIGHT. DO YOU THINK PACMAN CAN'T BEAT EL TERRIBLE THE SAME WAY? HEY DUDE, MEDICALLY PROVEN THAT PACMAN WAS NOT IN GOOD HEALTH THAT TIME & THAT THE SCHEDULE MUST EXTEND TO GIVE PACMAN A WIDE SPACE OF TIME TO REST BEFORE THE FIGHT THINK DEEPLY ABOUT THIS.

IN MY OPINION, I GOT THE POINT THAT PACMAN HAS THE GREAT CHANCE OF KNOCKING OUT MORALES ,IT'S BECAUSE BARERRA WON THE 3RD CHAPTER OF THEIR FIGHT.AM I RIGHT ? THEREFORE LET'S WAIT AGAIN FOR THE 2nd el terrible VS PACMAN.

The main point their bro, is EM is not prepared when he faced Barrera than what he prepared to PAC... look at the wheigh in pics you will see that EM has 6 Packs in his abs, compared to his wheigh in to Barrera fight...

Ahem...

EXCUSES ARE NEVER SEEN AS POSITIVE. YOU DO HAVE FIGHT IF YOU'RE NOT PREPARED. IF YOU NOT PREPARED, THAT YOUR FAULT. PAC HAD PLENTY OF TIME TO PREPARE SO IF HE WASN'T READY, THAT HIS OWN FAULT. HE GOT IN RING SO BY DOING SUCH THINGS HE SAYS HE PREPARED FOR WAR BUT HE LOSE. SOMEONE HAS LOSE SO IT JUST PAC THIS TIME.

And umm...you don't have to fight if you don't feel good? What is he? Sugar Ray Robinson?

man, shut up, manny is a good fighter, he is tough, he has a lot of power, but he could easily be 1-2 against the mexican trio, he is lucky to be 1-1-1 ,,, the marquez fight could have easily been a loss..

04-16-2005, 02:44 AM
yes i agreee to your point of view, coz of that headbutt the reason why he was kuckier that night... And Pac says better luck next time... :p

On one of the undercard fights, Jorge Arce got cut bad -- he had a deep gash over his nose and he didn't hesitate to keep fighting, even losing all that blood, he told the ref not to stop the fight. And Arce went on to win by TKO btw. Pacquiao by contrast, took a relatively long time with a far lesser cut to decide he wanted to keep going. Pacquiao's cut was minor compared to Arce's. So that's just another excuse by Pac fans in a long line of excuses you use to justify Pacquiao getting beat up by Morales.

And the bottom line ...

All you Pac fans and even the "pundits" who had Morales as the underdog, were expecting Pacquaio to beat Morales and look like he did when Pac beat an out of sorts Barrera. And when that didn't happen you start making all these excuses why Pacquiao was outgunned by Morales.

Pacquiao's corner kept telling him in the middle rounds to back Morales up. But instead, he was the one getting backed up by Morales. I've never seen Pacquiao backpedal as much as he did in that fight. He usually keeps going forward, but not in this fight.

I wanna see Pacquiao rematch Morales, Marquez or Barrera, so they can bring one-dimensional Pacquiao and his fans down to reality.

A hungry Barrera would pulverize Pac. Barrera looked like he was just going through the motions against a hungrier Pac. Juan Manuel Marquez is a far superior boxer and has more heart than Pac (it showed when he got up from his initial 3 knockdowns to put on a boxing clinic in the fight). And Morales, well he would just flat out beat up Pac AGAIN, if they rematched. It's coming. I can't wait for a Pac rematch with either one of those aforementioned 3.

Who gave you the idea that it took Pacquiao a longer time to decide if he wanted to continue or not?

Review that part again, and you will notice that a Filipino boxer simply could not understand a referee speaking in SPanish.

It doesn't take a moron not to understand a language simply foreign to you. The same would happen to you if I spoke to you in Chinese.

Pacquiao looked worried when he got cut; there was trepidation in his eyes and in his actions. Compared to Arce, who didn't flinch and fought on with an even worse cut than Pacquiao, Pac took a longer time to continue the fight. He wasn't exactly eager to get back to the fight for a while. Even Merchant (who isn't a Morales fan) commented about Pac taking too long.

Here's a recap of the Arce-Hussein fight ...

"On the undercard, Jorge Arce scored a very controversial stoppage win over Hussein Hussein in their WBC flyweight title elimination bout that turned into a barn burner. Arce was the harder puncher, but Hussein had cut Arce bad on the bridge of his nose with a devastating shot. Not only was Arce losing a lot of blood and weakening, but the fight could have been stopped at any time from the blood going into Arce's eyes. Both fighters were going toe to toe and hurting each other throughout the entire fight, then all the sudden in round 10 Hussein gets knock down, but beats the count and is ready to fight, but his manager Jeff Fenech jumps in and stops the fight."

Arce's cut was worse than Pacquiao's and he didn't hesitate one bit to continue fighting like Pac hesitated. I brought this up in my first post on this thread because some Pac fans were claiming Morales got lucky Pac got cut and that's the reason Morales won his fight. The point was Arce got cut worse than Pacquiao and he still won his fight. And the point I was making to nadz in my last two replies to him was that contrary to what he was saying, Arce's gash did pose a problem to his vision (on top of it sapping his energy).

Morales had Pacquiao spitting out blood in his corner by the 3rd round, and in the 5th -- that's when they clashed heads and Manny got cut OVER his right eye.

But a lot of the damage Pacquiao took on the eye (UNDER the eye)happened because of punishment that accumulated over the rounds, unlike Arce which was a major gash from the outset that he got cut up ...

I was goin for pacman
He lost cuz his a one dimensional fighter that has nothin but his left hand, when u circle to the left around him, then he has absolutely nothing...

Pacquiao is not a good fighter...he will lose to Morales any day they fight...the fight wasn't even close...

By the way I was rooting for Pacquiao that night..

I would love to see a Morales-Pac rematch...regardless of who wins, put those two in the ring together and you've got a good fight! A Pac-Barrera rematch I'm not too sure about (excitement level anyway) cause I think it's a repeat of their first bout. NOW, of course a rematch with JMM would definately get my complete attention!! :D

Oh man, that would be killer!!!!! I hope very much if and when they rematch they use Reyes....putting all the nonsense about the 'gloves issue' to rest in only one reason! I dont see the fight going the full 12 in Reyes...but see Pac possibly ko'ed by the 6th (maybe). I just dont think he's gonna be able to ko Erik with any kind of gloves! So many people underestimate his chin, and thats foolhardy (as Pac has learned!)
If Barrera can keep his bearings (and knowing his rival just whipped Pac wont hurt either when it comes to motivation :D ) he would do much better against Pac than in the first bout...just gotta box and dont go to war with him cause we've already seen that Barrera can not handle his power the way Erik can ;)

Well , i've somethng to tell you. You know what? I'm a close relative of Manny Pacquiao living in Germany. Just after his fight I desperately made a call to his mom. But what did his mom told me, she says " let all opponents of my son be puzzled by his play.Actually Pacman were just playing around to his delight ,moreover that's making him on a peak over all superfeather weight champion in the boxing world. By the way dont be sad, just witness their rematch my son told me that he'll going to

Okay, since English (I'm guessing) is not your first language, I need a little help with what youre trying to get across to me here, okay? I know that youre not saying that Pac was simply acting all during the fight with Morales..thats just not possible. He fought too bravely, and took too fierce a beating for that to have been acting. Besides, why on earth would he do that? Considering Erik has absolutely NO obligation to give him a rematch, one would think that if he were only acting, that maybe he blew it. I dont see the professional in him even allowing for such a thing..but I'll give you this, I've heard alot of reasons, excuses and justifications, but that one is by far the wildest. Of course, that is if I'm understanding your post to begin with.

I'm convinced that PACMAN was in a state of playing around during the fight .I'm not insane to tell you secrets in boxing,Why did i say this? If this is not true i would not have told you. You know what? Pacman has his own secret techniques w/c we dont have to argue with publicly. Furthermore, i hope he will never listen to his trainer FREDDIE for a new techniques, such as rehearsing the right hand to make it the so-called "manila ice" .By that he fell as though uneasy to decide what hand to box ,w/c is wrong. So let PACMAN USE HIS LATTER WAYS OF TECHNIGUES. THIS IS WHAT I'M TRYING TO SAY.

NO, ITS ONLY MY EXPRESSION. Well, Pacman as what his records show us has been regarded as one of the top boxer, wherein finally he dropped Barrera & many other top boxers into the floor canvass showing his ability to ko others like Morales as what many expected him to, but sadly he didnt.BUT TILL NOW MANY BELIEVE that pacman could ko Morales in their much awaited rematch. i have lots of favorite boxers like Winky Wright,f.mayweather, castillo,& many other.
